The fully automatic CO₂ tanning unit is easy to implement in a running tannery. Frame size and drive motor of the high pressure drum are comparable to conventional equipment, and the workflow steps, such as filling and draining, are nearly identical. The volume of the tanning drum and loading weight will be manufactured according to the individual requirements of the customer.

The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and the equipment itself will be produced by long-established specialists from the field. Operation of the tanning unit is intuitive and convenient.
